Indoor Firearms Range

Wankinquoah Rod & Gun Club Indoor Firearm Range

Wankinquoah’s Indoor Firearms Range is arguably one of the finer facilities in New England. The exhaust system and the negative pressure system insure that all residue from firing ammunition is carried down range away from the shooters. Nine shooting lanes can accommodate shooters with variable distances from five (5) yards to twenty five (25) yards.

The waterfall and deceleration chamber at the impact area can handle any caliber firearm from .22 up to and including 30.06.

The range is open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

An orientation course is required of all shooters before access to the range is granted. The course takes approximately an hour and a half and covers safety, range rules and equipment operation.

NO SHOTGUN, BLACK POWDER, MACHINE GUN, TRACER, TEFLON OR ARMOR PIERCING AMMUNITION IS PERMITTED AT THE INDOOR RANGE.
