Event Planning and Rental Agreement Form

If you are planning an event – private or open to everyone – at Wankinquoah Rod & Gun Club (WRGC), you must complete this form to get approval for your event. If this form is not completed and submitted to WRGC, you will not be allowed to hold your event on club property. Please note:

  • A Club Member must be present at all public and private events. No exceptions.
  • No alcohol can be brought onto club property. No exceptions.

Once you submit this form to WRGC and your event has been approved, Gene Femino, Board of Directors will contact you to let you know the final amount of money due to the club BEFORE your event is scheduled to take place. Please make all checks payable to WRGC.
