It is with great sadness we must let everyone know that WRGC Life Member, Dick Tibbetts, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017.
There will be a service for family and friends at the National Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts on December 18, 2017, at 10:15 am.
Our deepest condolences go out to his daughter, Martha, and all of his family and friends.
